![]() Prior to teaching at Trinity, Archer served at Fuller Theological Seminary for 16 years, teaching New Testament, Greek, Hebrew, and Arabic. He was a professor of Old Testament and Semitic Languages at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, where he taught from 1965 through 1991. Gleason Archer (1916–2004) was a biblical scholar, theologian, educator, and author.
